Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support multiple mining and metals projects. The role involves managing domestic and international multi‑leg shipments, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of goods that meet project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Bechtel and project safety requirements into all logistics activities.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and metrics for project stakeholders.
• Enter shipment milestones and tracking data into Bechtel Digital Supply Chain Systems (DSCS) and Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Identify transport cost and service alternatives to support purchasing decisions.
• Prepare commercial bid tabs, commitment authorizations, and contract documents for logistics service providers.

Required profile

• Experience handling domestic and international multi‑leg shipments.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Familiarity with safety integration in logistics processes.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
