Logistics Support Analyst I

About the role

Join CAE’s corporate functions as a Logistics Support Analyst I, contributing to procurement, inventory, and international trade activities. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth supply‑chain operations and support the company’s mission of safety and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute local and international purchasing activities in line with business requirements and company policies.
• Manage supplier communications, request quotations, prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost‑effective transportation.
• Support import and export operations, including customs documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, stock reconciliations and support physical inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, import/export and logistics records in ERP and business systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related field.
• Previous experience in procurement, logistics, inventory management or import/export is desirable but not mandatory; internships or entry‑level projects are welcomed.
• Strong interest in supply‑chain processes, good organizational and problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not required).
