Long-Term Planner – Latin America

About the role

As a member of the Service Operations Team reporting to the Head of Service, the Long-Term Planner for Latin America ensures efficient allocation of resources and balanced planning for wind‑farm service activities. You will work closely with Service Operations to develop long‑term plans, manage subcontractor demand, and align resources with budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Perform capacity and demand planning for service operations.
• Create and maintain long‑term plans and budgets.
• Collect weekly demand and resource data, identify bottlenecks or surpluses, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop subcontractor plans when internal resources are insufficient.
• Adjust service order and maintenance plan dates to reflect resource availability.
• Block time in annual planning for periodic inventory and maintenance preparation.
• Use SAP to process maintenance plans and related data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar planning role, preferably in large‑scale wind or renewable energy projects.
• Strong competence in planning methodology and resource balancing.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP for planning and data management.
