Maintenance Services Representative Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Services Representative Lead to provide lead support for line and preventive maintenance of Panasonic Avionics in‑flight entertainment (IFE) systems and other aircraft equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, and modifying electronic assemblies on aircraft operating under FAA, EASA, CASA or other national aviation authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update work schedules that meet customer and Panasonic Avionics requirements.
• Lead line technicians, assign daily maintenance tasks and supervise their execution.
• Perform line maintenance, preventive maintenance and alterations on PAC IFE systems and related aircraft equipment.
• Troubleshoot, test, remove and replace electronic assemblies, units and cabling installed in aircraft.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal PAC departments to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of PAC products, testers, harnesses and revisions.
• Enter daily data, complete administrative duties and provide local training on PAC IFE systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3‑5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Regulatory licensing appropriate for the assigned region (FAA, CASA, EASA) with A, B1 and/or B2 type ratings.
• Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
• Experience in airline maintenance operations and 24/7 technical support is highly desired.
