Male Sales Advisor for Kitchenware Store (Santiago)

About the role

The company is looking for a male Sales Advisor to work in its kitchenware store located in Santiago, Dominican Republic. The role involves providing personalized assistance to customers, preparing quotations, managing orders, and ensuring a high level of service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Receive, organize, and display merchandise in the store.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Track orders, deliveries, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Inform customers about current promotions, prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions.
• Support external sales staff and participate in inventory counts.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Demonstrable experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Male candidate (mandatory) residing in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
• Ability to lift and arrange merchandise and demonstrate products to customers.
• Capacity to work under high pressure and fast‑paced conditions.

What we offer

• Salary of $35,000 plus commissions (0.0025% on direct sales, 0.025% on goal achievement).
