Manager Customer Performance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager Customer Performance to drive ecosystem health and profitability by engaging customers, optimizing performance, and strengthening the brand and acceptance network. The role focuses on fraud reduction, chargeback optimization, and overall compliance with Mastercard standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer performance and identify standards violations or performance gaps.
• Engage customers to recommend solutions, including Mastercard products, services, and franchise solutions.
• Optimize approval rates, authentication processes, and reduce fraud and chargebacks.
• Provide education, training, data, metrics, and best‑practice sharing to improve customer processes.
• Analyze statistics, case studies, and regulatory trends to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience reviewing customer compliance and fraud programs and making adjustment recommendations.
• Proven ability to improve performance of compliance and fraud controls through data analysis.
• Track record of collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Understanding of corporate security responsibilities and information‑security best practices.
