About the role

Doka, a global leader in formwork and scaffolding solutions, is seeking a dynamic Managing Director to lead its Chilean operations. You will own the country’s strategic and operational development, driving sustainable growth and profitability while shaping the market’s future.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and long‑term value creation.
• Develop and execute the country’s strategic plan aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Expand market share across formwork, scaffolding, solutions, and services through commercial and operational strategies.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Optimize organizational structures, processes, and resources for operational excellence.
• Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing leadership team and foster a culture of accountability.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, authorities, and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Significant general management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and sales leadership background with proven business growth.
• Extensive experience in the Chilean construction, engineering or industrial sectors and a well‑established industry network.
• Demonstrated success leading business transformation and high‑performing teams in multinational, matrix environments.
