Market Access Manager

About the role

CSL Behring is seeking a Market Access Manager to ensure that its life‑saving therapies reach patients across a designated territory. The role sits at the intersection of health policy, health economics, payer strategy, and stakeholder engagement, requiring both strategic insight and operational autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure optimal reimbursement pathways for CSL products within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external channel customers to monitor market conditions, policy shifts, and funding legislation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to craft compelling value propositions.
• Engage government bodies, NGOs, patient advocacy groups, KOLs, and wholesalers to generate reimbursement opportunities.
• Provide strategic support for major tenders and keep management informed of policy and reimbursement changes.
• Work with payers, HTA bodies, and decision‑makers to promote fair and sustainable reimbursement systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in market access management and reimbursement.
