Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will be the primary champion of the Kipling and Nord Anglia Education brands, driving awareness and reputation to attract prospective students and families. Working closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and regional teams, you will create and deliver compelling content that showcases the school’s unique identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with annual recruitment targets.
• Collaborate with admissions leaders to design a measurable, cost‑effective annual marketing plan.
• Monitor weekly data and adjust tactics to ensure relevance and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget, track ROI, and optimise lead‑generation activities.
• Produce engaging materials such as videos, brochures, flyers and merchandise.
• Lead the planning and execution of school events across the Family Experience Journey for parents and prospective families.
• Oversee public relations, media relations and crisis communications, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to align all touchpoints with the premium brand experience.

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within the education sector.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership capability to guide a multidisciplinary marketing, communications and events team.
