Marketing & Communications Manager

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be the primary advocate for the Kipling and NORD ANGLIA EDUCATION brands. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will drive brand awareness, support recruitment targets, and ensure a premium experience for prospective families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with annual recruitment goals.
• Collaborate with admissions and regional teams to create a measurable, cost‑effective annual marketing plan.
• Monitor performance data weekly, adjust tactics, and report on ROI.
• Lead the planning and delivery of school events across the Family Experience Journey.
• Manage the marketing budget, lead generation activities, and conversion pipelines.
• Produce engaging collateral such as videos, brochures, flyers, and merchandise.
• Oversee public relations, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Define and implement a communication plan to build brand loyalty.
• Lead website strategy, maintain the CMS, and work on SEO and paid advertising initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
