Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team at Jostens, helping to execute marketing strategies and maintain collateral across channels. This entry‑level, on‑site position in Santiago works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely communication and resource delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update in‑season marketing collateral, supporting cross‑functional execution across all channels.
• Serve as liaison to sales, operations, customer service and product teams to address issues and identify additional support opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
• Assist in building an image asset library, managing naming conventions, usage rights, and sourcing school‑specific imagery and testimonials.
• Pull weekly reports to summarize marketing communication performance, including data extraction, asset collection and data summarization.

Required profile

• High school graduate or currently enrolled college student.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
