Marketing Lead – Chile

About the role

GM is looking for a Marketing Lead to shape and communicate the brand message across its global organization, dealerships, media, agencies and more. Based in Santiago, the role works in a hybrid model (three days onsite per week) and drives creative marketing initiatives for a range of automotive products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all creative marketing materials comply with strict brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to uncover consumer insights and competitive opportunities.
• Generate ideas and develop creative campaigns for vehicles, accessories, parts, services, etc.
• Coordinate with external vendors for events and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update corporate creative content.
• Build and sustain internal and external relationships (CRM, agencies, GM partners).
• Lead communication strategy and execution for all business units, including sales, service and aftermarket.
• Drive traffic to sales channels (digital, retail, fleet) to meet monthly model sales targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including direct and matrix‑team leadership.
• Proven experience in events, social media, influencer marketing, digital management, platforms, product or retail.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Active driver’s license.
• Willingness to work onsite in Santiago, Ciudad Empresarial, three days a week.
