Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the leader of our marketing team in Santiago. The role will execute go‑to‑market activities, manage digital campaigns, develop marketing collateral and work closely with sales representatives to drive buy‑rate, revenue and growth. The position starts on‑site and transitions to a hybrid model after three months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution and coordination of marketing plans to meet growth targets.
• Develop, implement and track digital initiatives such as email, paid media, social, SMS and ecommerce.
• Create sales and product collateral while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising and event coordination.
• Maintain the marketing performance dashboard, monitor key KPIs and report findings.
• Partner with analytics teams to analyze campaign performance using Salesforce reports.
• Assist sales reps by providing collateral, visual merchandising, digital support and local event coordination.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of professional marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, market research and collateral development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
