Marketing Specialist

About the role

Jostens is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Santiago, Chile, working in a hybrid model after 3 months on site, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30. The role supports the marketing team leader, carries out assigned initiatives and helps execute go-to-market activities that drive buy rate and growth, under the direction of a Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing plans to reach growth targets, and develop, implement and track digital initiatives such as email, paid media, social, SMS and ecommerce.
• Create marketing materials such as sales and product collateral while respecting brand guidelines.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing, including content creation, advertising, and physical and virtual events.
• Update the marketing performance dashboard to track key KPIs and report findings; use Salesforce Reports with analytics partners to analyse campaign performance.
• Analyse campaign results, conversion rates and traffic to shape future strategies.
• Support sales representatives by building regular contact, developing collateral and supporting local events, and helping reps grow local revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-2 years of professional marketing experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in collateral development, marketing communications and digital channels (web/ecommerce, print, email, paid search, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social and SMS).
• Ability to manage several priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Data and analytics understanding.
