About the role

The Mastercard Launch Program is an 18‑month, full‑time graduate experience based in Santiago, Chile. Participants rotate through business units, gaining hands‑on exposure to product, project and account management while contributing to real‑world initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work on cross‑functional assignments that drive business results.
• Support product development, market delivery and account management activities.
• Apply analytical techniques to performance analytics or business experimentation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, attend networking sessions and leadership speaker series.
• Participate in volunteer and team‑building experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between August 2025 and December 2026.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
