Materials Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Materials Management Analyst to support the supply chain of ingredients at our Coca-Cola Production Plant in San Bernardo. The role combines data analysis, procurement, and supplier relationship management to ensure ingredient availability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and report data to provide insights for ingredient supply chain and annual negotiations.
• Collaborate with supply chain, planners and buyers, attend operational meetings and communicate updates.
• Identify materials at risk, alert buyers and plant leadership, and support packaging optimization or ingredient defect initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders, invoicing, stock reports and target inventory planning.
• Execute supplier relationship activities, cost‑saving initiatives and compliance audits.
• Maintain pricing, supplier data and key performance metrics in SAP and related systems.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or data analytics.
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret contractual documentation.
