Mathematics Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our international school community. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging math lessons, support student wellbeing, and collaborate with academic and psychology staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance, share plans with the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator, and prepare necessary teaching materials.
• Maintain grade books, enter grades promptly, and design monthly assessments for each topic.
• Supervise playground duties, decorate the classroom with relevant materials, and record daily attendance.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic, behavioral, or special‑needs issues, including gifted learners.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, parent conferences, and school events, and communicate openly with families.
• Organize student participation in fairs, community service projects, and fundraising activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, reading, writing).
• Commitment to safeguarding, diversity, equity, inclusion, and the school’s core principles.

Required skills

• Intermediate‑level Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools.
