About the role

VeliGroup is seeking a proactive VIP Customer Care Manager to build strong relationships with high-value players and deliver an exceptional experience across phone, email and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with VIP players via phone, email and social media.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-value players.
• Maintain personalized relationships through frequent contact and tailored service.
• Coordinate and host special events and promotions for VIP guests.
• Monitor player activity, identify revenue-growth opportunities and make performance recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and operations to ensure a seamless VIP experience.
• Handle escalated customer issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the VIP program.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Spanish language proficiency at B2 level.
• Detail-Oriented with a focus on operational accuracy.
• Data-savvy mindset able to interpret CRM analytics and optimise retention.
• Creative thinker capable of proposing ideas and supporting strategic planning with data-driven insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
