Microsoft 365 Consultant – Collaboration Solutions

About the role

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant you will guide clients through migration and adoption of collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform. You will design and deliver implementation projects while ensuring users are fully engaged through targeted communication and training plans.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on migration strategies and usage of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Implement Teams, SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions according to best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive user‑adoption, communication and training programmes.
• Collaborate with Security & Infra and Dynamics 365 consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience with Office/Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Proven expertise in SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform at an expert level.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience leading change initiatives and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Microsoft 365 or Teams certifications are a plus.
