Monitor/a Convivencia Escolar

About the role

The School Coexistence Monitor ensures a safe and supportive learning environment by conducting regular inspections, reporting findings, and promoting wellbeing across the campus. This position works closely with staff and students to identify and address safety, health, and safeguarding concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to verify compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings.
• Recommend corrective actions and improvements to enhance safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in inspection roles, preferably within an educational or regulatory setting.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field such as health and safety, education, or public administration.

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards governing school safety and safeguarding.
