About the role

ENERCON is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the upkeep and commissioning of its gearbox‑less wind turbines. The role involves travelling to turbine sites, performing electrical maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient operation of medium‑voltage installations.

Key responsibilities

Execute corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on wind turbines.
Commission turbines and medium‑voltage electrical installations under supervision.
Drive the company vehicle to reach turbine locations.
Guide and supervise junior team members when acting as a senior technician.
Report field activities and maintenance routines to supervisors.

Required profile

Technician or professional qualification in renewable energy, electricity or a related field.
Electrical‑intervention certification.
Class B driver’s licence (mandatory).
English proficiency is desirable.
Availability to work on‑site.

Required skills

Electrical maintenance (corrective & preventive).
Wind turbine commissioning.
Medium‑voltage electrical installation work.
Operation of company vehicle.
