About the role
The Assembly Paint Operator is responsible for carrying out painting operations on aircraft components, ensuring that every step meets Airbus’s safety, quality, delivery and cost standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute painting processes in accordance with established manufacturing instructions and specifications.
- Monitor and control quality, safety and on‑time delivery targets for each painted part.
- Operate manual tools and basic computer systems required for the painting line.
- Maintain documentation and report any deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve cost‑effective results.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of manual tools and computer applications.
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and adhere to aerospace standards.
Required skills
- Manual tool operation.
- Basic computer usage.
- Understanding of painting processes and related equipment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
