About the role
The Vertical Operator is responsible for performing work at height on the exterior of buildings. This position requires hands‑on experience in high‑rise environments and a strong commitment to safety.
Key responsibilities
- Operate vertical access equipment (e.g., lifts, scaffolding) to reach exterior building zones.
- Perform installation, maintenance, or inspection tasks at height.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and company procedures.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other crew members to maintain workflow.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience working at height on building exteriors.
- Ability to work safely in outdoor conditions.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Required skills
- Experience operating vertical access equipment.
