Operations & Maintenance Technician (Wind Energy)

About the role

ENERCON is seeking motivated technicians to join its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams for wind turbine projects. You will work on‑site, travelling to wind farms to ensure turbines operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive electrical maintenance on wind turbines.
• Commission new wind turbines and verify performance.
• Carry out operations and maintenance on medium‑voltage electrical installations with the required authorisation.
• Drive the company vehicle to reach turbine locations.
• For senior team members, guide and supervise junior technicians during field activities.

Required profile

• Technician or professional qualification in renewable energy, electricity or a related field.
• Electrical‑intervention certification.
• Class B driver’s licence (mandatory).
• English proficiency is desirable.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel to turbine sites.
