Operations Representative – Logistics & Transportation

About the role

The Operations Representative supports Cencora’s logistics network by ensuring accurate shipment data and smooth transportation processes. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, helping to maintain the integrity of operational information.

Key responsibilities

• Verify logistics and transportation data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Compile data from various sources to generate routine shipment and performance reports.
• Communicate shipment updates and status details to relevant stakeholders to improve coordination.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, delays, or data issues with sufficient detail for timely follow‑up.
• Maintain organized records and files to support compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, business administration, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, or distribution.
• Preferred certifications: logistics and transportation certification, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent.
