Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join a fast‑scaling creative production environment within a global digital health ecosystem. Based in Chile, you will design and run the operational backbone that enables creative teams to deliver high‑quality output quickly and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational systems that support creative production at scale.
• Design end‑to‑end processes, documentation, onboarding materials, and frameworks.
• Coordinate recurring team rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure clarity on priorities and deliverables.
• Align producers, strategists, and platform teams to improve cross‑functional collaboration.
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Partner with MarTech and AI teams to create smarter operational workflows.

Required profile

• Strong operational discipline with a systems‑thinking mindset.
• Experience in operations, project management, production operations, or business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to build processes, systems, and documentation from scratch and continuously improve them.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
• High attention to detail, accountability, and follow‑through.
