About the role
Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and run its football platform in Santiago. You will be responsible for building the local community, securing venues, and delivering a great player experience while leveraging the support and systems from the company’s Singapore headquarters.
Key responsibilities
- Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Santiago.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with football venues to secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
- Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an outstanding player experience.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities and report results.
Required profile
- Passion for football and deep knowledge of the local football scene.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Proven experience in operations, community management or customer experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
