Paid Media Manager (Google & Meta Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Paid Media Manager to drive measurable growth for home‑services businesses in Chile. You will own the full Google Ads strategy—including Local Services Ads—as well as Meta advertising, reporting, and landing‑page collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and other formats.
• Manage Google Local Services Ads, handling budgets, bids, lead quality, disputes and compliance with Google Guaranteed/Screened.
• Build and optimise Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to complement the broader media mix.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, landing pages and offers.
• Monitor budgets and performance, reallocating spend to maximise ROAS and control cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect advertising metrics to real business outcomes such as qualified leads, booked jobs and revenue.
• Produce accurate performance reports for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing on offer strategy, landing‑page optimisation, lead follow‑up and conversion processes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on paid‑search experience with ownership of strategy and performance.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses.
• Demonstrated success improving ROAS and reducing cost‑per‑lead.
• Experience working agency‑side and managing multiple client accounts independently.
