Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

This is a hands‑on paid social position focused on driving high‑intent customer acquisition through Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram. You will own campaigns from audience strategy and creative testing to landing‑page optimisation, conversion tracking and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across the full funnel, targeting leads, demo bookings, appointments and free‑trial sign‑ups.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting and funnel‑stage segmentation.
• Manage budgets, pacing and performance KPIs such as CPA, CPL and ROAS.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield) to accelerate creative production, copywriting and landing‑page optimisation.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and improve conversion flows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with real budgets.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads, demo bookings or trial sign‑ups.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into optimisation actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaign setup and optimisation.
• Audience targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting and exclusion strategies.
• Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion‑event tracking.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• AI‑assisted creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield.
• CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel or similar).
