About the role

We are seeking an experienced part‑time lawyer to support the international operations of a private investment fund. This long‑term, permanent position offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work on cross‑border legal and banking structures.

Key responsibilities

Lead the establishment and ongoing management of international banking relationships.
Oversee legal and regulatory aspects of cross‑border banking arrangements.
Manage incorporation and maintenance of U.S. entities, ensuring they remain in good standing.
Administer legal and operational matters of the investment portfolio, including notices, events, and options.

Required profile

Extensive experience in international banking and corporate structuring.
Proven track record in cross‑border account setup and management.
Native or near‑native English proficiency.
Proactive, commercially driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
