Part‑Time Elementary School Learning Facilitator (50%)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Learning Facilitator to join our elementary school team for the 2026‑2027 academic year. Working 50% of a full‑time schedule, you will support classroom teachers and help create a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist lead primary teachers in delivering classroom activities and preparing learning materials.
• Guide student transitions throughout the campus, supervising breaks, lunches, and other non‑instructional periods.
• Model and enforce campus safety and health guidelines.
• Perform clerical tasks such as material preparation under the guidance of the grade‑level team.
• Collaborate with teachers to contribute to the overall teaching and learning process.
• Undertake additional duties as required by the school in temporary or extraordinary circumstances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (teacher certification preferred).
• Entry‑level candidate with a high level of English proficiency.
• Excellent human‑relations abilities and a genuine ability to connect with children.
• Strong listening and clear communication skills.
