People & Culture Generalist – Fixed-Term (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the role

The People & Culture Generalist will provide comprehensive transactional HR support at the Coca‑Cola Production Plant in San Bernardo. This fixed‑term position covers a maternity leave replacement and involves partnering with managers and employees on payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer local payroll, compensation, and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
• Manage employee lifecycle events including hiring, onboarding, promotions, lateral moves, terminations, and retirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, and oversee vendor selection and management for HR systems.
• Provide first‑line problem resolution for employee queries and support line managers with functional HR consulting.
• Design, implement, and communicate rewards, recognition, and well‑being initiatives.
• Coordinate performance enablement, training & development, talent development, and young professional programs.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence on the Recognition Program and monitor results from pulse surveys.

Required profile

• Experience in transactional HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, mobility guidelines, and compliance with local labor regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
