People Partner – Chile Manager

About the role

Electrolux is looking for a People Partner to lead HR and communications across its Chile cluster. Based in Santiago, you will partner with commercial and supply‑chain functions to ensure the right talent is in the right roles, driving engagement, culture and talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR & Communications activities across the Chile cluster, aligning strategy with COEs and corporate areas.
• Deploy and execute end‑to‑end HR processes and transactions.
• Provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and employees in Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Drive people‑excellence initiatives such as engagement, culture, and talent management.
• Oversee HR budgets, labor cost control and headcount planning.
• Foster a positive work environment through wellbeing, CSR, and occupational health & safety programs.
• Ensure timely reporting of HR metrics, compliance with internal policies and data security.
• Guide and develop the HR team while promoting innovation and change.
• Participate in Lean Thinking projects and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading HR functions in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance HR policies with business needs.
