Personal Training Manager – Lead New Gym Launch

About the role

EōS Fitness is opening a new high‑volume gym and needs a Personal Training Manager to lead the personal training department. Reporting to the Fitness Manager and working closely with the Senior Director of PT Experience, you will coach trainers, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day management of the personal training staff and operations.
• Partner with the Fitness Manager to meet or exceed monthly PT targets.
• Design and deliver high‑value PT orientation sessions to boost new client acquisition.
• Identify and implement opportunities to grow the personal training business.
• Oversee the full trainer lifecycle: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance management.
• Conduct regular individual and team coaching meetings to improve trainer performance.
• Reduce trainer turnover and increase tenure through ongoing support and development.

Required profile

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer (or equivalent managerial experience).
• Achieved L2 or Master Coach level within EōS.
• Passionate about developing teams through education and coaching.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
