Physical Security Manager – Facility & Operations

About the role

The Physical Security Manager will lead and optimise security operations across our regional campus facilities. You will design and execute comprehensive security strategies, conduct facility audits, and drive modernisation through advanced analytics and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead facility vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Develop and implement strategic security plans aligned with organisational goals.
• Direct security personnel, contractors, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee installation, upgrade and maintenance of access‑control, surveillance and alarm systems.
• Manage security‑related construction projects from planning to completion.
• Analyse security metrics to improve operational effectiveness and reduce false alarms.
• Design and deliver security awareness, training programmes and emergency protocols.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security operations management, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on operational expertise.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence security investment decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for policy development, training and stakeholder engagement.
