Plant Performance & Projects Lead

About the role

Ferrero’s Hazelnut Company in Chile is looking for a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to drive operational excellence and Smart Factory initiatives. You will partner with plant managers to improve performance, manage cross‑functional projects, and support budget planning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a change agent to roll out Ferrero Operational Excellence, fostering a Lean manufacturing culture.
• Define, execute, and train on Operational Excellence initiatives with plant stakeholders.
• Monitor, consolidate, and report progress on continuous‑improvement projects.
• Lead the deployment of Smart Factory initiatives and ensure local execution.
• Support the Plant Master Plan, track its initiatives, and report to leadership.
• Coordinate plant budget planning, monthly financial closure, and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and project management in an industrial setting.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English.
