Pre‑Op / PACU Registered Nurse – Per Diem

About the role
We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to provide pre‑operative and post‑anesthesia care unit (PACU) services. The RN will deliver high‑quality patient care, support surgical teams, and uphold our commitment to safety and patient satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform pre‑operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
- Monitor patients in the PACU, manage pain, and ensure safe recovery from anesthesia.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to coordinate care.
- Document patient status accurately and communicate changes promptly.
- Utilize personnel resources effectively and complete assigned tasks within required timeframes.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience, or a motivated new graduate willing to be trained.
