Preschool Classroom Helper

About the role

We are seeking a Helpers tiny to support classroom instruction and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for preschool children. The role involves assisting the lead teacher with daily activities, maintaining cleanliness, and providing individualized support to young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Support classroom instruction by helping implement lesson plans, learning activities, and educational games aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Monitor children during classroom activities, playtime, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety and promote positive behavior.
• Assist with behavior management by reinforcing classroom rules and guiding children in developing social and emotional skills.
• Prepare and organize learning materials, resources, and displays to support hands‑on learning and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by sanitizing toys, surfaces, and equipment.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group assistance to children who need extra help or emotional support.
• Observe children’s development and report concerns or progress to the lead teacher.
• Help children with daily routines such as arrivals, departures, toileting, meals, and rest time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree Lic. Educación Preescolar or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting (preferred).
