Principal NetSuite Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Principal NetSuite Consultant to lead the design and delivery of Oracle NetSuite solutions for our clients. The role requires independent execution of complex engagements, applying Oracle methodology and best practices to meet customer business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite and related cloud technologies on moderately complex projects.
• Develop and configure detailed functional and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance to client management and act as the primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business development and identify new opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and may serve as team lead on engagements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle NetSuite solutions in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Career level IC3 or equivalent senior consulting experience.
