Procurement Manager – Large‑Scale Data Center Projects

About the role

CSI is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply‑chain activities on a large‑scale data‑center construction project. You will work closely with engineering, construction, commercial and project‑management teams to ensure that critical components are sourced on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for major capital equipment, especially electrical and mechanical systems.
• Negotiate and manage EPC, EPCM, or CM contracts and multi‑million‑USD CAPEX agreements.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align procurement schedules with construction milestones.
• Track cost savings, KPIs, and compliance with project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience in Chilean or LATAM markets.
• 5‑7 years of direct experience on large‑scale construction projects, preferably data‑center or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑USD CAPEX negotiations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
