Product Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex short‑term rental operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineers to create products that solve real problems for property managers, operational teams and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Design dashboards, workflows, AI interactions, onboarding flows, booking journeys and marketing assets.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate after launch.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design excellence.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent communication, high ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding needed details.

Required skills

• Figma (auto‑layout, components, design systems, interactive prototyping).
