Product Merchandising Lead (Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay)

About the role

H&M Group is looking for a Product Merchandising Lead covering Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay. You act as the main link between product merchandising, commercial teams and allocation functions, ensuring accurate stock planning, transparent demand and efficient replenishment so the right products reach the right locations at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Market commercial teams on stock and inventory, share best practices and challenge bottom-up demand plans from a stock perspective
• Help set and adjust price maps to reflect local competition and stock positions, and decide articles for final sale, clearance and special campaigns
• Collaborate with Inventory Optimization Leads on markdowns and pricing decisions
• Forecast supply against demand, follow up and forecast R&D, and capture learnings from exit and liquidation cycles
• Act as contact for assigned sales markets and warehouses on allocation and replenishment, including initial warehouse-to-store allocation and replenishment speed adjustments
• Create backstock lists and run regular stock update reports for commercial teams and store managers

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or similar in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning or commercial operations in retail, fashion or FMCG
• Fluency in English is mandatory and will be assessed

Required skills

• Solid understanding of retail and product merchandising processes
• Able to interpret sell-through and stock reports
• Good command of Excel and interest in BI tools such as Power BI
• Detail-oriented, with high data accuracy in article tracking and reporting
