Product Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Product Sales Specialist you will drive business growth by promoting protection, control, and automation solutions for medium‑ and high‑voltage substations, building strong customer relationships and supporting them with technical and commercial expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance during the sales process.
• Prepare and present customer‑focused proposals and solutions.
• Lead negotiations and successfully close business opportunities.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and proposal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity records and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical or commercial sales roles.
• Experience with protection and control equipment for medium‑ and high‑voltage substations.
• Experience selling energy‑related equipment and solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model.
