Production Assembler

About the role

As a Production Assembler you will assemble fabricated parts and units at floor stations, prepare them for testing, and calibrate mechanisms to meet product specifications. You will also identify and repair units that fail tests, and propose measures to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and calibrate fabricated parts or units to meet product specifications.
• Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform simple screening, bagging, boxing, or cutting operations.
• Inspect and test work for quality and log scheduled preventative maintenance of production equipment.
• Determine sequence of operations, required materials, and procedures, and stage job materials for production.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1‑2 years of job‑related experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Precision measurement.
