Program Manager, Operational Projects

About the role

Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead operational projects across its campus infrastructure. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure that data‑center and mission‑critical facility projects are delivered on time and to standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional budget, full‑lifecycle project planning and execution benchmarks for campus infrastructure.
• Coordinate local campus leadership teams to maintain alignment with program charters.
• Partner with regional and MARCUS PMOs to optimize supplier engagement, balance project priorities and mitigate risks.
• Drive operational standardization, continuous process improvement, and safety enhancements.
• Develop communication plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams for resource management, and act as the central liaison for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, or networking/fiber systems.
• 2+ years working with technical teams on data‑center or mission‑critical facility construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferred: experience managing cross‑functional projects and prior data‑center exposure.
