Project Controls Lead – Data Center Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Lead to join on‑site data centre projects. You will be responsible for overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control and risk management to ensure successful delivery of complex infrastructure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update project schedules and cost baselines.
• Perform risk analysis, mitigation planning and reporting.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and clients.
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with EPC, EPCM or CM terms.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align project controls with overall programme objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Controls Manager on large‑scale construction or data centre projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience working with EPC, EPCM or CM contracts.
