Project Finance Analyst – Finance Support Advisor

About the role

GHD is seeking an entry‑level Project Finance Analyst to join its fast‑paced team in Santiago, Chile. You will act as the Finance Support Advisor, ensuring the accuracy of project financial data and supporting invoicing for external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial and administrative support for the Sponsor region.
• Review draft contracts for invoicing terms, project costing, retention, prevailing wage, sub‑consultant rates, unit pricing and other financial specifics.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project files and ensure data integrity in the accounting system.
• Review client billing data and prepare external invoices.
• Coordinate activities, resources and information across project teams.
• Build strong relationships with Project Managers, clients, project staff and IT personnel.
• Support the proposals team by formatting proposals, reports and memos.
• Collaborate with GHD suppliers, vendors and property management to support office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a general office and financial administration role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical‑professional studies related to finance or accounting.
• Energetic, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple high‑priority deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long‑lasting professional relationships.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments and across time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
