Project Manager, Data Center Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will provide full project management services and on‑site construction oversight for data centre projects, acting as the client’s representative to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and support the client Project Manager, overseeing overall construction effort and creating detailed Project Execution Plans.
• Proactively manage construction risks, health, safety and environmental issues, and maintain the risk register.
• Support design review, assess constructability, and coordinate RFI and submittal processes.
• Produce and coordinate daily, monthly and event reporting, and document meeting minutes for site progress meetings.
• Act as schedule owner, tracking critical actions and milestones, and conduct regular stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years managing large‑scale construction projects, with at least 8 years in data centre construction.
• Proven track record of delivering data centre projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
