Project Manager III – Lead Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex, large‑scale projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate safety, quality, and cost objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication documents.
• Estimate resources, manage staffing, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track milestones, manage changes in scope, and create contingency plans.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, identify waste, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare status reports, budget proposals, and presentations for upper management.
• Negotiate staffing and resource allocations with department managers.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience directing large‑scale projects, with 7 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles, strategic planning, and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and develop employees.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
