Project Manager

About the role

Willow, a telehealth company focused on personalized cosmetic weight‑loss care, is seeking a Project Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and external partners—to expand customer reach and scale new touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and resource constraints.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand‑ups, and status updates to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Translate high‑level growth goals into actionable, measurable plans.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong risk identification, gap analysis, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
